He’s always in the news somehow… guess the media loves him more than us! :P
Akon is here for ‘The Venky’s Akon Live In Concert’ and will perform in Gurgaon and Bangalore on April 16 and 17, respectively. Proceeds from the concert will be donated to ‘Save The Children India’, an NGO run by Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty’s wife Mana.

Will we be heard?
Many have come and many have gone. Many have tried, but few have been noticed.
Is 2011 the year when this shall change… when India shall get its calling? I most definitely think so.
We’ve had collaborations done before with international artists, but bollywood’s very own singing diva – Sunidhi Chauhan, and latino hearthrobe Enrique Iglesias crooning together? Wow, now that would be full of fireworks! We hear the two have collaborated on a new single, which shall be featured on Enrique’s album – Euphoria in a special Indian edition and is set to release this March.
Romance and Music? Hmmmm
I was at the Bryan Adams concert last night – and enjoyed every minute of it. But while i’d like to rant on about how amazing he was, this post is actually about… romantic music. And the reason I brought Bryan Adams up, is because i think he’s got some really really romantic hits – that should definitely be on your playlist if you’re trying to have a romantic dinner with your loved one.
My personal favourite is Lets Make A Night To Remember. Everything about the song is absolutely sexy – right from the lyrics, to his voice to the guitar – just everything. Guys – if this is your first valentine’s day with your girlfriend and you’re looking to score – just play this song.
Boybands have come and gone and have left behind a lot of romantic numbers that girls swoon over. But i know these are not the kind of songs ‘men’ want to be caught listening to. 2010 has come to an end… and what’s an end without year-ending charts. Who made it to the top of this year’s billboard charts??
Looks like Ke$ha has overshadowed everybody this year. Tik Tok is the hottest song of 2010. Along with that she is No. 1 in the following categories -

Usher, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, The Black Eyed Peas and Lil Wayne have 4 singles each.
Surprisingly Shakira’s waka waka didn’t make it to the US charts… but it created a storm overseas. So it’s only fair she deserves a mention somewhere!
